What is staff?

Staff is the tight-knit group in jerseys that keeps Snow Club running - they work our parties and keep the vibes high on all of our trips. Staff elections happen fall and winter quarter. If you are looking to get involved with a tight-knit club, JOIN THE FAMILY NOW! Staff applications will be posted on your member dashboards at the beginning of fall quarter.

  • Here’s a testimonial from our fantastic Chief of Staff, Desmond: “I joined Snow Club staff to find new people to ski with but quickly realized it’s so much more. The community and friendship that is present in this club quickly drew me in and I want to do everything I can to give back to everyone here. But aside from all that cheesy stuff everybody shreds and has an amazing time on and off the slopes.”

  • Our #1 requirement for staff is to show up to all staff and member events and meetings. Additionally, we require staff to make effort to be as involved as possible, engage with members, help beginner skiiers, and help set up and run parties.

  • Staff applications come out via google form on your member dashboard at the beginning of fall and winter quarter! Once you apply, you will be sent a text with further instructions regarding interviews.
